John founded IMS to go beyond best practice and deliver truly extraordinary investor relations solutions to small to mid-sized public companies. IMS has since emerged as a premier investor relations boutique representing some of the most successful micro/small cap companies. While a visionary in the industry, John is happiest when he’s rolling up his sleeves to drive unmatched programming for IMS’ select client base.
Formerly, John was president of a 30-client investor relations firm focused primarily on the healthcare sector. Prior to that, John spent 13 years at one of the nation’s largest investor relations firms, where he was named its first managing director in 1998. During his tenure there, he oversaw the IPO consulting practice, founded and managed the public relations division and built out the firm’s Asian practice. John is a graduate of Connecticut College and Phillips Andover.
Jennifer joined IMS in 2008 and has over 30 years of Wall Street, agency and in-house experience. Jennifer began her career as a client relationship associate at Reich & Tang Asset Management and subsequently worked at financial communications firms Dewe Rogerson and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. She also has internal communications experience with fortune 500 public companies Barnes & Noble, Caldor Corp. and Starwood Hotels Worldwide
Pamela joined IMS in 2020 and has 30+ years of communications experience. Through powerful messaging and design, Pamela helps clients create effective and consistent communication that differentiates them from their peers. She was previously Director of Events for The Nantucket Project (TNP), supporting Fortune 500 sponsors, dignitaries, and high-net-worth attendees. Prior to TNP, Pamela spent 25+ years in book publishing as a public relations and communication specialist.
Rosalyn joined IMS in 2023 and has extensive experience executing world class investor relations programs for micro to mid-cap public companies. Rosalyn supports clients across healthcare, technology and industrial sectors. Before joining IMS, Rosalyn was with a life science focused investor relations firm. Roz is a graduate of University College of London with an advanced degree focused on biomolecular science from University of Cambridge.
Walter joined IMS in 2021 and has worked with a variety of companies across multiple sectors including technology, industrial and healthcare driving best-in-class IR programs. Walter was formerly an account manager at digital marketing firm Sentext Solutions. He holds a Masters in Journalism and is a graduate of Union College.
Zach joined in 2022. Zach supports clients across multiple sectors including technology, industrial, insurance and transportation. Zach is a graduate of American University.
