A healthcare services client launched a strategy shift to address faster growing and larger market opportunities. IMS was responsible for ensuring that the new strategy was supported by existing investors and resonated with new investors.


IMS recast the messaging across all investor touch points to reflect the new services and market opportunities. Investor presentation was reworked to emphasize the new focus areas, and IMS wrote the earnings release and conference call presentation to unveil and effectively position the evolved strategy.  All top investors were offered one-on-one conversations to discuss the new strategy and the client participated in select investor conferences to broadcast the strategy change.


Covering analysts endorsed the company’s new direction.  Share ownership remained stable and a significantly broader pool of new investors became attracted to the more compelling growth strategy.
